Whipped Fetta with Almond Dukkah and Honey
Whipped fetta is a soft, creamy spread that can be used in many ways. Here it is served with honey, dukkah and toasted pita.

Ingredients
Whipped Fetta
200g South Cape Greek Style Fetta
½ cup milk
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
honey, for drizzling
toasted pita bread, for serving
Almond Dukkah
2 tablespoons flaked or slivered almonds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ground cumin
Method
- Blend South Cape Greek Style Fetta, milk and oil together in a small blender until whipped.
- The texture will still be slightly grainy. Refrigerate to firm up until required.
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a non-stick frypan for a few minutes until golden. Add cumin and heat until aromatic. Break up the almonds a little and use as required.
- To serve, smear onto a plate, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with Almond Dukkah. Serve with toasted pita bread.
Tips
- Whipped Fetta can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
