Fetta Flatbreads
A quick tasty flatbread that is great to share.

Ingredients
2 thick pita breads or pizza bases 1/2 cup South Cape Crumbled Fetta 12 cherry tomatoes, halved 12 large kalamata olives, pitted extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling 2 teaspoons thyme leaves freshly ground black pepper, for sprinkling
Method
- Place pita breads on a pizza tray.
- Top with South Cape Crumbled Fetta, tomatoes and olives.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with thyme.
- Grill for 5-10 minutes until toasted.
- Sprinkle with pepper and serve cut into wedges.
